My light energy is so innocent and caring and submissive and vulnerable....my dark energy is very flirtatious, confident and has some serious attitude. I just found out a few days ago that there is such thing as dark feminine energy...I didn know how to describe it before that. I just knew that I am a feminine woman who naturally shifts between energies throughout the day in order to get the things I need in this world. I am 50/50.
That dark confident bold flirtatious serious energy is testosterone driven energy and is masculine energy so stop calling it feminine.

I blushed and gushed and almost started to cry…”I’m so clumsy!” I whined as I stood frozen while my mind went blank. Imstead of getting mad he’s been flirting a little bit and teasing me. He told me that I’m one of a kind and gave me a hug the next day. I think my battiness got next to him…many times I’m so smooth and in control. Just be yourself even if you think it’s goofy. Then be sexy when you can.

This blew my mind a bit. When I am around people I am close with I am very playful and goofy and fun but when I am around people I dont know I become very reserved and observe them closely before I interact but when I speak it is very assertive. This whole time I've been switching back and forth between the two types of feminine energies and never known the term for it 🤯 this has given me a whole new perspective

Thank you for this. Honestly I wish this knowledge has been shared to me when I was younger, but at least I can do something about my life today. I’ve been a dark feminine all my life working towards being in my light energy. It starts from smiling to everyone and greet to everyone I come across with. Then improving my speech too, because as DF I rarely speak.
I do agree that you have to be 100% of both. When you’re always light, you become too predictable. Sometimes people will think it is okay to disrespect you because you are a Disney Princess 24/7. When you are always dark, you attract men who only want your seductive siren and most women would envy you. Tap into both and you’ll get the life you deserve and you’ll attract people who will love and respect you.

good video..never really thought about this. Been in my "dark" feminine energy most my life due to rough circumstances growing up.. I want to be balanced.. This is why I am so attracted to the opposite. Things that make you go "hmmm".
For me it was more like an unhealthy version of both my feminine energy that created problems in my life and relationships. I have acess to both but even now I'm trying to heal these parts of me so I can access my energy in a healthy manner, it's the balance between the two that creates harmony and as you said - when to use which one.

This is so interesting. Me being black I’m naturally dark. But since bleaching my hair and wearing mostly pastels I felt my energy shift!!! Even other people respond to me differently. A woman the other day said to me you’re so light! I love it haha 😊

I always take my dark energy out especially in class since all the other women are acting this way, the way their resting bitch faces scare me so I do the same. When going to class, I'm always serious because everyone else at college looks serious. Now, I'm always wearing black but I'm trying to heal from trauma as well. I miss my light feminine energy, I used to laugh and be happier but now I look so sad and feel horrible.
But then there's my other extreme in which I have no dark energy and I become a people pleaser and it can be hard to stand up for myself . In the end I lash out for being such a people pleaser. I'm trying to balance my energies out it can be so hard

My dark for most of my life has made me exhausted and doing for everyone. It’s been so difficult and challenging. I feel much much better in my light. I do still access my dark but very few moments. I much better love my light feminine energy. It’s been an incredible journey so far, and I’m just getting started. Thank you. I hope you get this message, this video is about a year old.

Would you mind ever speaking with women in their Masculine energy? Because I can’t decipher between Dark femininity, and Masculinity.
I like this idea, too!
The basics of dark femininity is setting boundaries and being secure in yourself as a woman and what you will and will not allow, but you’re not aggressive, you’re assertive. (willing to dabble in your desires as well) The basics of masculine energy is aggressiveness, competitiveness (usually with other women) not expressive, not connected to emotions etc.. hope this helps 💟

I literally just had this thought. It sounds to me like when we slip into our dark feminine energy, we're tapping into our masculine energy. And instead of being aggressive sexually, we're being sensual. Beyond that difference I can't tell what's different between the two.

I gave myself 2 names. one is my nickname which refers to light feminine and The Queen , the powerful strong assertive and bold side of me. i can change both of them interchangeably. i find it very important to activate both energy for our survival as a woman and with clear visual of energy, it helps me to improve each sides separately.
