MP4 has nothing to do with the encoder 😒 H264, H265 are not equal so in the mp4 container they will still play differently

Have tried to convert my 240fps video from my Gopro8. I choose MP4 video and keep original framrate. After compresseing the video is only 24fps which results in very crappy slowmo. How can I keep the 240fps framerate?

Takes far too long to convert. An hour video took 2 hour 35 minutes to convert. I have lots of videos I need to convert so this program no good for me. I need something very fast.
