Do you guys think it would classify as plagiarism? I mean, the chords progression and verse rhythm sounds exactly the same
@@FeelingShred Went to listen - song is called "Wire" - awfully close on the riff, and it sits at the same spot in the respective songs. Howe's riff (and whole song for that matter) is (far) more sophisticated and has more movement. but yeah the rhythm figure - and the singers timing. Hmm...

Greg Howe is pure class, he knows exactly what to bring to a tune/song. His sense for music is the biggest difference to most of the guitar wizzards we see on UA-cam

Won’t happen. I believe Greg and his brother wrote the music and lyrics for this album. Greg put together an amazing band but personality clashes and one person developing a huge ego ruined it. Got it from reliable sources that there won’t ever be a second album. A new setting in the same style perhaps but not there four people.
Heard these guys on Spotify for the first time last night. At first, I loved the vocalist as her tone and phrasing were great. Then I thought....man this guitarist is killer!..and sounds familiar. Then listened more and heard the bass player knock out a few punches with the drummer. Low and behold it's Mr Howe that had gathered a group of amazing performers.
Absolutely superb...from the first thin sounding chord progression I love how Greg's muted string 'chuck-a' is on the four beat, in front of the snare...but for the intro only! The rest of the song the snare is dead on the 4 beat, and Greg's 'chuck-a' is on the and-a...it's a subtle but killer detail. Greg's solo is very tasty and controlled, and his tone selection throughout the song is spot on.
Bingo! Exactly. You have a very talented band like this, that has great musicianship...melodies, harmonies, a great rock groove. And yet, the radio spews out formulaic, auto-tune crap these days. That's why I keep my radio on a classic rock station...back when real music filled the radio waves. Wish more band like this did.

I used to go see Greg at Scarlet O'Haras in PBurg PA in his earliest of days... Howe2.. He actually gave my college roomate guitar lessons... we were 16 or so.. First guy I ever met that got a Fender endorsement so young.. 2 years ago there was very little vid with Greg... Refreshing to see the comeback.. Still has the licks ...
Got theAlbum - here in the UK, and it's only the 22nd! It was posted on 17th! Supposed to be released on the 23rd. So now I know what grown-up rock sounds like. It's the most beautiful record. Lots of good tracks and guitar solos and Meghan's a star! Favourite track (at the moment) is Story's Ending.
