Its better to use haas claw if sea halberd is not needed, scarlet phantom was fused with haas claws, and it will also increase your critical chance, so 3 hits is possible

Or you can use base emblem and combine with thriller talent, at the game start Argus can have ±150 total physical attack, but it's not Effective against tank exp

so... I just played using argus, I finally found the real counter of argus, ganged by a burst damage assassin, a cc tank, & 2 marksman, cause otherwise, with argus i'm unstoppable

so to be clear, first it was 2 v 1, martis & aamon v me, killed martis, but then miya & layla showed up, I wanted to escape with s1 but miya used s2, to top it off, before I use ulti, jhonson smashed into me😂, the died right after cause of layla's ulti
