Perfect thanks! I used it with local network and ws (not wss) with adding these in manifest:
android:usesCleartextTraffic="true"

instead of pie socket, I need to send data to localhost. Is there a way to do this?

Yes it is possible, you need to provide the ip address instead of localhost of you system and connect the server and client devices with same network.
