Great reading Sonia i have decided today to love myself more,because i didnt because all the worries around me and put myself first before all the others bad energy.I must take more care of myself because its making me physical sick off placing every other toxic relationship before my self.I need rest,so i stayed the whole day in my bed today resting and decided to walk away from everyone.I need peace,because nowewone is showhing me love.I stand alone for 30 years and all they did is bringing me down.❤❤❤❤❤

Same - learning the same. Pouring into me. Been doing these therapies for the past few years. They help with making my better decisions in the moment… especially those new ways we have we have learned after processing. Life changing and a good way to “apply” and make other earlier therapies more actionable automatically.
