The Ferris wheel in Odaiba was lit up for Halloween.
The Tokyo Tower was specially lit up for World Mental Health Day.

この時は19時半過ぎ（日曜日）にお台場を出発しました。
観覧車は何種類かのパターンのローテーションだと思いますので、待っていれば同じものを見られます。
レインボーブリッジは21時消灯だったと思います。
