hey man it really does not matter BUT if you want to oprimize your build to the max try to get con innate and go 100 tech 100 con(plus 25) plus 20 hidder witch can go past soft cap , ( as i said it dont matter cuz with tech innate you get 97 tech and 123 con but ey just saying )

a better water build is innate cons 100 cons, 85 tech and 15 int, the softcap for tech is 70 so going over that without a +limb breathing is kinda useless im ngl
