Worst officiated game I’ve seen this year. Just awful, even before the missed 5 min elbow major on Granlund late in the third.

I can get passed the missed elbow call (ref didn't see or were on a bad angle etc) but no sharks players come to the defense of Granlund? The play just continue? wth

@@rileyycarol Yes, I know, but I just feel bad for Granlund. I would have appreciated it if the players had defended Granlund on the play and forced a whistle. Imagine if it had been Celebrini or Smith there... 😕

But if the Sharks take a bad penalty there, we are complaining about that.

    1. Goodrow is a PK specialist/7-8 minute per game 4th liner. Not a guy to saddle your young skill guys with. He is constantly booting the puck and killing plays. And for the love of god quit putting him on the PP.
    2. Get Thompson back in the lineup and scratch Rutta already. You are not making Rutta a more valuable trade piece at this point. Develop that young player who has been playing well. What is wrong with this coach?!?!?

      No arguments from me

I'm also mystified by continuing to dress Rutta, at least every game. He has clearly lost a step and he struggles with any opportunity to move the puck. I really hope we start seeing Shakir and/or Cagnoni as the season progresses, the biggest hurdle to this team improvement is d-zone escapes and clears. Thrun struggles still big time on most nights. Not sure he's a legitimate NHL dman unless he's your #6 or he may be able to improve given his age/experience.
