Seeing in overseas for example in melbourne, walking distance from ur home will have at least 1 bus stop for u to catch the bus and surprisingly these buses arrive to the bus stop not that late than +- 3 minutes from the scheduled time. Note that the scheduled time is not in digital form but in printed form. how can they implement that? because their road is designated to give priority to the bus to move first at the signalised intersection. whereas in malaysia, buses always arrive late due to road congestion, mismanagement of the buses company, drivers not being professional. Also u have to walk as far as 1km to the nearest bus station, with the tremendous growth of crime rates in malaysia especially as women, will u dare to walk alone to these bus stations? lack of signalised intersection for pedestrian to even cross the road even at the state of federal. There are lots of things that have to be restudied and replanned by the authorities to build a perfect transportation system. By pumping in money to increase the options of public transport will not solve the root issue of our transportation system, there are a lot more need to be done. I have confidence in our current federal government lead by PH. Personally i'm a civil engineering student who specialize in transport engineering graduated from Australia university. There are definitely a lot more young people like me who can contribute to the country if the country needs them
