You change habits to have healthy body, buts its not sustainable if you don't take care of your mental health (the way you view yourself and food, and most importantly the reason why you want to change should not be based on insecurities)

I'm crying too my friend . Whenever I see a film and if there's sad part of the film I start to cry even knowing it is not true. Bruh, there's something wrong with me, I should learn to stop crying when watching a sad part of the film. I get too emotional and cry until the sad part of the film ends, but until then I'll be crying my eyes out whilst my family are laughing at me for crying over a film and my sisters give me a serious look and getting confused😕 why Im crying over a movie.😅😂❤

Okay,, so in Asia bullying others seems just like a normal act that people do everyday. when you are poor you get bullied, when you are fat you get bullied, when you have health issues you are also bullied like WTF is wrong with Asians, I have lived thru all schools from pre_primary to university and I haven't experienced or seen anything of the sort, we are always either friends or minding our business, we fight yes but just like normal people with disagreement and that's all, in Africa we appreciate curvy or fat people and a child is raised by the society so we grew respectfully despite social status or challenges all we do is stick with those who love you and stay away from those who aren't close to you but we never go to extreme of making anyone feel pain or hurt,, so reporters question a person who is in the verge of dying instead of saving her🤣🤣🤣 it's really absurd if the bullying they showcase in Asian dramas is real then I bet I would never dream of stepping there it's too scary I swear. No hatred though just MY POV.
