Your society need more plants and green space. What you can do is, add some outdoor plants using racks instead of cloth drying rack(these days ceiling cloth hangers for balcony s available)and few indoor like palms.

If you take it positively , I will suggest you to not visit water park over here. Monsoon s on peak here so infections and diseases are in air.(of course in water too)...
