I bought a 2022 Cbr500r and traded it back in a week later for a gixxer600 but I will say the Cbr is an amazing machine. Always loved Honda! Be safe out there bro

Thanks for watching! I would highly recommend getting a bike like this as a first bike, the CBR 500r has plenty of power to grow into and not get you into trouble. Other bikes I would also recommend are the Yamaha R3, and Kawasaki Ninja 400. Good luck with your search, hope you find one soon :)

I notice you have a habit of getting out of 1st gear as soon as you can, honeslty really early. Don't be afraid to get your RPMs up higher before shifting up, it's what the bike so built for. Shoot for between 7 and 8k RPMs

Thanks for the tip, it’s been quite some time since that video and I upgraded to a GSXR 600 in my latest videos. Although I still shift up a bit early, but that’s mainly due to the bike being a bit loud and I don’t want to annoy others in traffic especially if it’s the morning. Thanks for watching!
