Some nasty vacuums and ultis, that nyx pick off top on luna into an immediate kill mid on her was the momentum shift. And then they just let hubris be their downfall.
Dark Seer is often a hidden gem, many players see him as a low impact champion and during the laning stage that is often true. However what he does gain is greater push and greater teamfight impact as the game goes on. There have been many games where i had a Dark Seer on my team and i thought we were completely lost, not a chance in all hell but as the game progressed we did better and better in team fights and our lanes looked better and better as well, all thanks to Dark Seer. Its one of my favorite champions to play, its just so fun having struggled the whole game, its 50 minutes in and you roll up to a teamfight with Aghs and refresher, and all you see before you is enemies scattering, they cant deal with what Dark Seer can do.
Seer is one of those handful of heroes where it feels you can transition well even when losing, same with Huskar where you have a bad game and just rush for an Aghs Blademail and play the role of a taunt-tank. Then everything goes well and you find yourself with a Blink, Aghs, Octarine/Refresher with a Wind Waker and you can just control any fight.
This is interesting to read. I have only played Dark Seer a few times, I think because his laning stage feels weird and his impact is less obvious than like, a blink-stunner. I will think more about his late game value.
@@GadBoDag He's an exceptional hero for controlling the map and pressuring areas. In the early-midgame he's surprisingly tanky as you normally pick up something like a pipe or crimson guard with surge allowing you to escape a lot of situations. Vacuum is just an insanely busted ability which has utility all through the game. The aghs is really nice as well and I think the final piece that allows you to swap between tanky controlling hero in the mid-game into a playmaker when your tankiness starts to fall off later. There's a reason the hero was pretty much *the* counter to Medusa early on in the year. If you're playing against a stat-heavy carry/core, then you always have the opportunity to turn that against them and win lategame matchups
03:00 neither got the kill nor the courrier but got stunned under the tower. Hopelessly bad. Clicks courrier, then walk down to the tower and attacks luna. Total brainfart.
I purchased the shard, and you have to make sure it's right clicked properly to work. This is likely so you can turn it off when trying to hide, for example.
I think radiant fell apart because Sven hit his timing and the enemy had no consistent crowd control to hold him down. Also Dire got full value out of almost every surge because radiant had only 1 mini stun and 1 delayed stun.
Ummm. Willow has 2 stuns and a aoe control fear (very strong vs speed boosted sven), tree has an aoe stun plus another stun, plus Luna has mini stun and scythe. They definitely weren’t lacking control. They just never grouped literally once until game was thrown. That deathball should’ve gone rosh and then ended immediately.

Grimstroke + Dark seer is dirty :D. I love using the enemy's strengths and turning them into weaknesses with Dark portrait + Wall / Punch illusions.
27:59 has this DK player been living under a rock for the last few months?
Enemy team throwing for content lmao
NA dota: Win lanes, lose game.
Trueeee we don't know when to give up and sometimes it pays off

very insightful criticism
@@countvondutchessofwestmoor3974 How can I be more specific?
What do you mean about surge not working? At 39:50 ? And how can i avoid making the same mistake
