Dr. Hawsaly, I have a very important question: How do we know which vowel to add to the final letter of particles like مَن، مِن، عَن، هَل, etc ?
In your example of هل, you said:
    هَلِ الكتاب جديد؟
So I want to know, why did the nuun take kasrah, and not some other vowel, like damma or fathah? Because in your example of اين:
    أينَ الكتاب
And in your example of مِن:
    مِنَ السعودية
The nuuns both have fathah. So what made the nuuns take fathah in those particles, instead of some other vowel like kasrah (like with هل) or damma?
Do particles always take the same vowel? For example, if مِن is followed by ال, does it always take fathah on the nuun? And the same thing with هَل, does the laam in هَل always take a kasrah when it's followed by ال?
Or is there something specific about its role in the sentence that tells us what vowel to take?
I look forward to you answering my question Dr. Hawsaly, I've really been wondering about this for 10 years, and I'm hoping you can help me.
Thank you so much for this video.
    Your Student,
    Alex
