Love Jason's direct, no BS, method of interviewing! He'll never promise you a rose garden, unlike the fake gurus out there. (i.e. growing $500 to $1M in three months)
The timing is what Jason calls a news failure event. As an example, say everyone is bullish on Gold due to inflation fear. Now, for recent inflation number, the gold opens gap up, but gives up all gap gains and closes near low of the day or event better: below prior day low. This is the timing trigger which has high probability of success. You can initiate a short here with stop as the day's high. hope it helps!
How do you know if someone's trading statements are even real. It's easy to manipulate statements or robinhood screen shots, for example. The only way to determine if someone is trading real money is to watch them trade live showing size, fills and exits with timestamp. That way, it can be compared to end of day trades on CME website and matched up. Every single trade made can be viewed and looked at down to the exact millisecond and size. Demo trading obviously won't show up. Jason is the real deal. But people like daytrader next door, for example, trade on market replay after the fact pretending that their trading live. That's why you never see him trading live. Go ask any person on YT that trades live to show fills with timestamps. None ever will. Trader TV are another bunch of scammers that pretend to trade, or may be trading real with a very small size. They get paid by the company to be there. But none ever show fills. When you ask, they say they do, but they never will.
As soon as I read 'Overcrowded' I knew it's got to be Jason!

Good one, pretty useful and insightful.
This was great.
The part of this strategy I do not understand is the timing. A trade can be overcrowded for a very long time
If he revealed that, then the trades would be overcrowded 😉

That cotton trade was tough to take, crude was ripping higher
This is a bubble. Still benefiting from the Fed Induced Slush Fund!
Great podcast, this one was pretty informative and insightful. Well played and thanks for the content.

Does this guy publish his trading statements or another larper not worth listening to?
