If I have a dual nationality do I have to mention on the POC online application form, or can I just mention one. I have a nationality of Seychelles and UK
If you are also UK national. You can be Pakistani national also. Have to renunciation your Pakistani nationality. If Not then you are eligible for NICOP. BUT if are not Pakistan then you can get POC on basis of marriage. It's no matter and no necessary either you mention UK national or Dual National. You are foreign it's sufficient
i recieved my POC(Pakistan Origin Card) in january this year, where NADRA put my German passport nr on it. My German passport expired and i just recieved a new one with different passport nr. can i travel to Pakistan on POC with old passport number on? any idea? any experience? I do ve the expired Passport though.

Very informative video. I have a question: After changing the nationality, how can a person continue using the old bank accounts, or keep the possession of existing property? (Note: POC id number is different than the NICOP/CNIC id number)
If you renunciate Pakistani citizenship.inspite of that you will be able to get POC. You can update data. Of not update no matter. You can keep property. You can verified by biometric

1. Can the verifier also sign one of the witness statement on the affidavit
2. On the affidavit do I put my British passport detail or Pakistani passport detail
Reply first question is NO.
Reply second question is you can use British passport No but if you have Pakistani NIC it will better to use Pakistani

Your mum is technically still Pakistani national unless she did renunciation. She can use her parents' old passports which may list her as child on the passport, which is what was done long time ago.

quick question regarding full name change. i live in the uk my original birth name is (Muhammad Qasim Anwar) id like to change my full name to (Shimon Kesem Brown) may i still keep my pakistani name? If my british passport has my new name how do i keep my old name during renewale of Nicop card or Poc card?
You cannot change your name in Pakistan
There is no law for changing name

Salaam alaikum. I was approved for a Pakistan Origin Card (POC) and received it in the mail. I’m an American national/citizen of African descent married to a Pakistani national/citizen. Now that I have a POC am I considered a Dual Citizen of the United States and Pakistan? Or is there another process for Pakistani citizenship?

No you are not considered as dual national. POC does not mean that you are national of Pakistan. for nationality you have to apply for citizenship on basis of marriage

POC is NOT citizenship. For citizenship (NICOP) you need to apply for it after residing in Pakistan for some time (5 years, I believe)
How long it took to approve your poc card after submitting the application?

Abhi being Bangladeshi and marrried to Pakistan you can get POC card
But for citizenship you have to renunciate Bangladeshi citizenship
Hello sir, I am a Pakistani-born now US Citizen. I have expired NICOP have some property in Pakistan. I work for the US government and cannot renew NICOP. Will having a POC card impact on selling or owning property or handling Bank Accounts in Pakistan? Please advise.
You can handle all matters of property and bank account on your POC

Of course have right to open bank account..so many people have account on POC. If anyone bank refuse you can contact with other bank
And if still have problem. File a case against that bank

I have submitted the required documents for my application to the caseworker but i have not heard from him since, it has been over two weeks now and i have paid for executive, I have tried ringing nadra but they are not helpful, can someone please help me
No one can help you except NADRA. VISIT Nadra office of you are in Pakistan and of you are out of Pakistan visit Pakistan embassy.or complaint to Ministry of Interior

I'm from Bangladesh and I've applied POC spouse based more than 6 months ago. Before applying for POC my wife called nadra for enquiries like I'm Bangladeshi citizen so is it possible to get or not? The nadra representative told my wife that I can get POC easily on spouse based it doesn't matter I'm from Bangladesh or any other countries. But few days ago I called nadra representative and the person told me Bangladeshi or Indian citizen can't get POC. I'm really disappointed after hear it from him. Because my wife already ask them before applying and they told positive things. But now they are talking like Pakistan treat Bangladeshi citizens as their enemy. Is it true that Bangladeshi citizens can't get spouse based poc?
In law there is restrictions of Indian only
May be some policy but no law
You wife can challenge in High Court
Submit complaint via citizen portal. Law (POC RULES) does not place restriction for Bangladeshi citizens.
@@wajihak1506 I got ALIEN REGISTRATION CARD last year. It has validity of 5 years. I can stay in Pakistan for 5 years and it's renewable.

Yes, you can apply using FORM Y or FORM Z, depending on your situation. As mentioned already, it will be sent to Ministry of Interior, Passport/Immigration for review

I applied for NICOP but Nadra states they require my Pakistani passport but I never had one. I only have a UK Passport. I was born in Pakistan but moved to UK with my parents since young. I have no Pakistani documents or a Pakistani passport except a birth certificate. So Im wondering why are they requesting a Pakistani passport if I dont have one.
You have to show your CNIC for NICOP ..without CNIC. You cannot apply for NICOP.so first register yourself as Pakistani and then NICOP will be issued..

You need CNIC for Passport.

you have to proof that you are Pakistan then NADRA issue CNIC
@@iqballawservice Thank you for your reply. I thought that my Pakistani Birth Certificate would prove that Im a Pakistani. Secondly I checked Nadra Online and its doesn't give you an option to apply for a new CNIC. So how would I get a new CNIC?
You have to contact with NADRA they will tell you details and what documents you are required to present before NADRA

yes of course, you can get NICOP being German national. As Pakistan has agreement with Germany for dual nationality. So you can get NICOP being overseas Pakistani.
