This is a great build, and for $140K! All I'd want to add was a lounge area, spot for a TV and a popup shower. Might have to use this guy if I ever do a van. Good video as always.

What stood out most to you?
@@nomadrvs Visually the ceiling stood out the most, next the bathroom and then the bedroom. I’m not a fan of shared campground bathrooms. The newness of the van is hard to overlook, it’s beautiful!

Lovely camper van, however, my pet peeve is the bed next to the kitchen counter. I'd build some sort of barrier or splash/grease guard. That's just me.

Wow another masterpiece. The shower is very cool.I love the clean lines but also the luxury aspect of the wood (bright without being heavy). One person + one big dog would work great in this van (me + Irish Setter). I' m in awe. Thank you, Patrick & Steve, for a great video.

how to set up the rig. We are 2-4 people sleeping/riding and have ordered the larger sprinter van with Steven doing all the phases for us. We are happy with the choices and discussions we had.

We visited Nomad RVs shop yesterday and really liked the operation. I did go in to check out the workmanship as I already knew Steven was using high end products for electric/pluming/comfort systems. I guess how the van is used dictates

A better value than the mass produced vans but that white interior paneling looks like cheap Lowes exterior siding.

Great build, it would be great if it could be a microwave/convection oven combo, I never use a microwave.
Good idea! Those are much bigger but the room is there to make it flush with the shower face and fit it in. Could make it happen for someone

Patrick can you do rear bath van videos. They are unique . I know you did few videos but plz do an updated or new van video
He’s done a few of ours. We are building another that he might want to do a video of too if timing works out

Got to be honest I don't like the tiles in the shower and I also don't like the fridge, it's a preference thing for me, I like the pull out fridge.he has done better build.
Good thing we have options! We could do the pull out fridge and the company we use for the vinyl tiles have enough choices for someone to find what they like. Happy travels 🤙🏼

What is the price of the RV van? Did not see closet space. And need to use portable electric stove?
It’s a good size& niclely built that I think I can even drive. Where is the showroom located to go see these RSs.
Closet space is the cabinets above the bed. We could even add soft bag between the lights on the other side. For extra storage.
Cooktop is potable induction like many RVs this size so you don’t lose countertop space and as important the ability to cook outside.

Hello sir， i am your channel follower and i watched your all Vlog. I really love them. But now, i decide to purchase a RV, can u tell me why u do not set a washing machine or dryer in your vehicle? Especially the machine which can combine both of the functions and the size is compact?
The space on this build mostly. There’s plenty of places to wash clothes on the road if needed too

The price is right! I’m about 2 years away from buying one. What is the lead time to get one built, so I could have it in time?
Really depends. I always tell people to reach out 4-6 months out to get the ball rolling and see where we are at time wise.

Didn't mention it but is that the standard height suspension from Mercedes? Looks like its lifted a few inches and the tires look like they could be bigger. The tires look out of proportion...too small. Otherwise, a great build and price. How long is your waiting list?
That is standard AWD height and standard tires both from the factory. You could go with larger tires on that standard height.
As of today we are booking for late may early June start dates.

Are the tanks enclosed and heated so no frozen lines?
Got a few great features, but I'd go crazy in that. No room for one person to turn around much less 2; no room for more lights, talk about claustrophobic.
No step for that very uncomfortable looking bed- (where to put your keys, a book, a drink while you read? No pull down shelf for that? Did I miss it? ) that you couldn't raise up in, or room for one in the floor. Why not have one in the floor cabinet that rolls out? Your use of the word massive made me laugh- even for a van. The big shower is still too small for any person of size. 2 feet? People should measure & try to imagine showering in that. That's a child's toilet too, almost to the floor! It's much smaller than many I've seen.
Should be a clothes rod in the shower that swivels out, so it's a closet when not in use, there's so little space for clothes- extra covers, or anything, no room or space for adding shelves anywhere.
Just not a good use of space in my opinion, great finishes, the front was nice. Maybe just different strokes for different folks.
Mostly different strokes for different folks. I mentioned there are toilet options. That’s just the toilet on hand for the video.
There is a step to get into the comfortable bed. I like your idea of an additional shelf in the bed area for a phone or something.
This is a spec build that we can add some stuff to or the buyer can add some stuff to make it tailored to them. Not a custom that is already tailored to the client.

Yes it’s cheaper and with more power, more solar, larger bath and fridge etc.

I believe it is good value, especially since the Mercedes chassis is fully equipped. It’s not a strip down model.

I'm a carpenter and for such a high end van conversion you think you could match the Grain on your drawer fronts and drawers
We’ve done it in the past. Only issue is if you need a replacement 1 won’t match so often we have none match to solve future issue.
its insane what reasonable prices are in 2024. Pretty sad really, course i guess this transcends van life into rv life, which has always been about big money, but its sad how much it effects what is supposed to be affordable van life

I’ve had a B Van for almost 3 years now and can really appreciate the difference in your build vs large manufacturers - details I was not focused on as a first time buyer in 2021.
