    some tips from me:
    1. buy ticket in advance
    2. come before the park opens (and come on weekdays)
    3. go and do RAFFLE for big band beat! (you can only do this once per day)
    4. get fast pass either: Tower of Terror, Indiana Jones, Nemo, or Toys Story
    5. wait in line for one of the above (it will be fast since it is early in the morning)
    6. then get your fast pass again when the cool down ended
    7. go inside the Mermaid Lagoon, but at night (it is empty and you can play alone), go even if you are with a bunch of guys, Ariel's Playground is a TREAT!
    8. the Fantasmic show is either at 17.30 or 20.00, check the schedule before hand (and the best viewing place is from the entrance / hotel)
    9. you can find drinking station (tap water that drinkable) through out the rides / restroom (if you want to refill your drinking water)
    10. enjoy!

    Definitely can tell you're a responsible adult (no offense to other youtubers) because your videos are well-thought out, informative, straight to the point and organized. You are my favorite youtuber related to traveling ideas in Japan (planning a trip to Japan in January 2018 from Korea, I'm a teacher in Korea). As an adult (very much an adult, even if I don't want to be...lol) I appreciate your videos, so many times I've clicked on videos stating "How to ..." and "Tips for .." and there is no information whatsoever, just the youtuber taking cutesy photos of themselves in random places. Thanks for the time-stamps too, smart, gives me an idea of how long I would be at the park.

    Compared to Anaheim-Disneyland and Magic Kingdom, Disney Sea doesn’t have that many thrilling rides, but the design and layout of the park itself is AMAZING! I was super impressed with the architecture and I love the recurring sea/ocean theme

      Disney doesn't have too many thrilling rides period. It's not supposed to have thrilling rides, it's theme parks are built to cater for all ages. If you want thrill rides, there's the Universal parks.

    I live in Tochigi, and one of my favorite feelings when going to a Disney park is seeing people all decked out for Disney on the train and at the stations, while heading to Disney in the morning. There are always more and more people like that the closer you get to Disney, and it never fails to get me pumped up for the day ahead.

    I LOVE DisneySea ❤️ It’s so special with very unique experiences. I loved meeting the characters especially Duffy. The Donald shrimp bun and the salt seashell ice cream was so good. Having dinner in Volcanica...eating inside a volcano was surreal. And the shows are amazing like Big band beat, I was there during Fashionable Easter 2017...the music got me high with happiness. Even the street cleaning staff have small intimate funny shows. Tokyo Disney merchandise is so cute and useful..you will want buy everything. The only downside to shopping in this resort is stock is in limited supply so if you see something you like buy it immediately or risk missing out.

    I went to Japan in January 2017 with two of my daughters. We went to Disney Tokyo and Disney Sea. We LOVED both parks, but we liked Disney Sea better. Unfortunately, we only spent one day in each park. I can hardly wait to go back. Next time I plan to do at least two days in each park. I want to spend time exploring Tokyo too. The Japanese people are super nice and friendly. I recommend people who enjoy Disney Parks to visit the ones in Tokyo.

    Honestly single rider lines are a blessing!
    I went to Universal Orlando and even though I was with my family, we almost always used the single rider lines. It got us through so much faster, it was brilliant.

  • @KennethScottHuntley
    @KennethScottHuntley 7 років тому +1

    Single rider lines really helped. Don't worry if you don't speak Japanese, it's still a lot of fun. Journey to the Center of the Earth was awesome but I was in line for about 2.5 hours, where as I did Indiana Jones single rider in about 15.

      Kenneth Scott Huntley as someone who's going by myself there next month without knowing any Japanese, any tips?

    • @KennethScottHuntley
      @KennethScottHuntley 7 років тому +3

      You'll be fine. There's enough English to get by and everyone is very helpful. My biggest tip is to make sure you have wifi sorted before arriving. You can't easily get a sim card in Japan, but you can rent a pocket wifi router, and even pick it up at Haneda or Narita (or Kansai, not sure about other airports). Having Google Maps for travel is vital for finding your way. But I have found it's pretty easy to get around in Tokyo (or Osaka & Kyoto) without knowing the language. Learning a few phrases (the hellos, sorrys and thank yous) helps too.

Google maps is fine but I strongly suggest using hyperdia for the trains instead of Google. Google maps was brillant when walking around on foot though

    Hi TokiYuYu. Thanks a lot for the great information about Disney Tokyo. 😊 I'm planning my 1st trip to Japan and decided to visit DisneySea on 2nd Jan'18 after watching your tips and to purchase Duffy and Ariel merchandise while I'm there. I'm still torn whether would there be Mrs Pott and Chip teacupset and Lumiere light up figure in Tokyo Disneystore? Would you not mind to share & advise? Many grateful thanks in advance. 😊

    What day of the week was this? It seems very busy. Was it a Saturday? Or it just happened to be a weekday when all the schools came to Disney?

    Could you do a video on the different characters that they have over in Tokyo and what they are personality/story wise. I have yet to find a complete video on that

    Dude, talk about super crowded. I must of gotten lucky the time i was there. Glad you got to do a lot. Good call on the single rider lines. Ever realize how different the rides are from the California versions? Their 20,000 leaps is way better than what we had back when it was around. With all the food places there, do you have a favorite spot to eat?

      I actually have never been to a Disney park before I went to DisneySea and Disneyland in Tokyo!! I love all the buns for food, gyoza bun, mandu tail bun, sweet mochi buns, I can snack on them all day everyday lol! And I couldn't believe how much time single rider lines saved me, it was my 1st time trying out and I'm never gonna queue for those rides anymore

      When you finally get to go to Disneyland, let me know how the rides compare. So different lol =)

    I usually try to get there at around 9:30. It’ll make for a longer day of course but it’ll save you time waiting in line later. Personally, one of my favorite things to do is pick up a map, go to a sit-down cafe or restaurant and enjoy a coffee while planning out the day (after picking up a fast pass). Also, another tip is to plan around when parades are. People love the parades at TDR, meaning more popular rides will have less people in line. As they were doing the electrical parade, I was able to ride BTM 3 times in a row with only a 10-15 min wait in between, which ended up being much less in reality.

    Great video! I’m going to Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Sea this August so I’m wondering what day of the week you were there in this video. Do you know what the crowd calendar said that day? The days I’ll be there are labeled yellow (around 39,000 people). Do you think the lines will be 2-3 hours long when I’m there?

      I didn't go at a good time, mid-March is probably one of the worst times to go due to college school breaks. If you go during August, it shouldn't be 2-3h but expect 1-2h wait for the most popular rides. If you can manage to go on Tues or Wed, the wait could be even shorter like 30-60min. But August shouldn't be too bad, maybe avoid Aug 11 weekend, because that's a holiday in Japan.

    If you are traveling to Tokyo Disney from around the world, are you able to keep your FastPasses as a souvenir? Your videos are amazing and so informational! ❤️

    • @dankiepoo5673
      @dankiepoo5673 6 років тому +1

      yes you keep them, they are merely printed to remind you of your time window, while your actual entry ticket is used to get into the fastpass lane

    I arrived before the gate open. And quickly ran to Toy Story Mania to grab the FastPass. But I was shocked that they informed me that the Fast Pass was finished. Could it be because of the hotel guests?
    Second thing, they should consider more SINGLE RIDERS on the rides. E.g,, Toy Story Mania or Center of the Earth queue can be up to 3 hours. And when I was finally inside, I saw many empty single seats.... :-/

      Do you mean DisneySea or USJ? It's a hard choice since I really love both, but being a Harry Potter fan I would pick USJ. However if you live in the US or something, Disneysea is probably more interesting
