Taylor has been working the acting and music business for a while now. Her range is decent, but the smokiness to her voice is what makes her unique.
She's been in the industry since she was 4 years old according to Wikipedia
She is smoking hot
Yeah she reminds me a bit of Lemmy from Motor Head sometimes
She channels 90s Avril Lavigne a lot, but sings about an octave lower than you're expecting her too... and does so extremely well I might add. It's always nice when you've got an extremely good looking girl who is also extremely talented.
The band also... this genre you too frequently get just loud and in your face... but this group knows when to dial it back and let you breathe for a moment before kicking you in the balls and getting right back to the beat. Knowing how and when to ease up is something shockingly few bands understand. Dynamics folks... dynamics. If everything is loud then nothing is. Contrast is what makes it work. The same is at play in her lyrics and in her singing. They just all work.
ya but she will eventually get too low of a voice if she keeps smoking and then she’ll have to eventually retire so if she actually stopped now then her voice would be the same smokey and she can sing till she’s dead 😂

One of their more recent songs, 25, will absolutely blow you away. Gives off a real James Bond vibe.
The stripped back version of 25 where it's just her and her friend on piano is one of the most beautiful things I've heard.

Really enjoy this band. They seem simultaneously highly recognized, but seriously underappreciated. More people should be listening to these guys. Her sultry alto voice is killer.
She is killing it on tour this summer with Halestorm and another band I would suggest you react to, The Warning. Super up and coming hard rock trio of sisters from Mexico. Lzzy Hale is promoting them big time and gifted the lead singer/guitarist, Dany, with one of her custom Gibson Explorers in the middle of one of their shows on this tour. They are going back out on tour together again this Fall. Anything off their new (6/24/2022) album, "Error", perhaps the title track? Also candidates, Evolve, Choke, Disciple, Martirio, or Z, all from the same album. I think you will dig them.

My top choice would be "The Warning", and their song "Evolve"! BTW..that tour was the Best all female fronted line up in one night, EVER! 🤘⚡🤘

Only Love Can Save Me Now is epic. Kim Thayil and Matt Cameron from Soundgarden are playing on that one and it rocks so hard!
They were touring with Soundgarden when Chris Cornell passed. I really would like to see more collaborations there, as both bands have an authenticity to their lyrics and their sound.

You need to go on a TPR ride! They have SEVEN #1 hits on the charts.
How many 16 yr olds give up (convinced producers to write her off the show) an acting career on a hit TV show to start a rock n roll band, do all the painstaking leg-work with record labels execs/producers/etc. and ACTUALLY GET IT DONE!! They've gotten thru the emotional setbacks(deaths of close friends and family members) and keep driving on. Taylor is the real deal! Love her voice and the bands vibe in general.

She started in 2009 , and was also on the Show "Gossip Girl" , she started singing and writing when she was like 5 . There are a few really cool interviews where she talks about having the first album written and needed a band and then me the guitarist and the rest of history!
But not the reboot of the show.

Got to see them recently and her voice is even better live and you can tell by her performance on stage that she is having a lot of fun. Next chance I get to see them I plan on dressing up as the grinch with my black kilt that I wear to rock concerts and hope that I can get close to the stage so that I can yell “Cindy Lou, what are you doing up there?!”

You should check out a band they were on tour with called The Warning. The tour was with Halestorm and Lilith Czar The pretty Reckless and The Warning. They are 3 sisters from Monterey Mexico with 3 full albums and 2 EPs.
There are a lot of live shows of the band on UA-cam too. They are great live.
