Hi Ivana, Watched this vlog purely out of accident. Being a Kannadiga and a Bangalorean, but travelling around the globe for more than 2 decades now, I understand your emotion. With my travel experience thus far, what has made India unique is the people. It grows on you with time unlike most other countries, people and their hospitality. I liked the fact that you have been very honest & vulnerable in the vlog; very relatable. Good luck to wherever life takes you and happy new beginnings. As you rightly said, make sure that you have a place that you call 'home'...that helps you to go through tough times, no matter whichever part of the world you travel to.

Completely resonate with the fact that new beginnings are always fun and incredibly sad at the same time. That is why not all of us are brave enough to take the leap of faith. You have been brave and done what is right for you x
Hi Ivana, I am an NRI but Mumbaikar by birth. Having moved out of there nearly 20 years ago, I know how much it has changed. But my heat still bleeds and beats for that city. Motherhood + a new place will be quite the challenge for you. You’ve always professed your love for Mumbai the city. I hope your experience of it as a resident only increases the love you have for it. She is a rough city but also cares for you in a very unique and special way unlike any other place. Looking forward to seeing Mumbai through your “resident” eyes. All the best!

For all the people talking about us I mean the Bengaluru people , we are the most helping and generous people you'll find . I accept that few of them aren't but that doesn't mean that everyone is the same . There are a lot a lot of people from other states and yet even though we don't know their language we try and learn it and make them feel comfortable in our city . The city has given them so much we just will be happy if they talk in Kannada atleast for local communication. You can't tell that whole Bangalore is like that just beautiful you had some negative experience in some part of it !
You don't have to explain yourself... these people who are commenting about kannadigas being attached to Kannada are the same r@scal$ who say "Hindi me baat karo" at the drop of a hat... better Ignore those dogs..
people say Kannadigas hate Hindi speaking people but that is not the reality, Kannada people who don't know english will start talking in Hindi when they see any foreigner bcoz they think everyone who doesnt know Kannada knows Hindi, thats how much respect we have given to Hindi language but the respect has always been one sided. we are very welcoming towards guests but if you have stayed here for a significant amount of time then ur not a guest ur a local n we expect u to speak at least basic Kannada, which is a fair ask i think
Emotions are universal. It always hits hard when you leave the place you call a Home. Wish you a very prosperous and safe journey to your new adventure my friend. Thanks for sharing the beautiful bits of a common language with us.

I've lived in Bangalore for some time now and my parents have their house here too. Locals are nice but the city has become a nightmare because of infra issues such as water, traffic, public transport, electricity, etc. It has also become crazy expensive to afford a flat here now. Mumbai is amazing, I lived there for almost a year and had a great time, you will enjoy it, be careful of the rain, traffic, and local train rush though
Good luck Ivana! I'm glad you could experience the good and the bad of Bengaluru :) Always welcome back here 🤗
Being an odia who left blr after 1st covid wave as i got WFH after living good 5yrs...i still crave blr. Its the vibes its ppl its the culture its an emotion.
Ppl can say they hate northies...1% of them i faced in entire journey do hate i guess but who cares the 99 others are best buddies. Helpful caring n so on. The safest place to be in.

Hey Dear Welcome to Aamchi Mumbai I am Sure you would like Mumbais spirit
And yes Congratulations for new Journey which is about to start ❤❤❤
I've lived in Bangalore for some time now and my parents have their house here too. Locals are nice but the city has become a nightmare because of infra issues such as water, traffic, public transport, electricity, etc. It has also become crazy expensive to afford a flat here now. Great city but i really want the issues to be addressed.
Love this! Many congratulations and best wishes for the new chapter 🤗💖
Mumbai too is relaxed and takes time to accept and once it does you fall in love with the city!!
Your First city in india is like a Childhood, you never forgot Childhood, where you play, Stay, food, culture, Festivals & most important is ❤ing Friends. You spend much time here. You never forgot Bengaluru 😌👍

Happy to see that you had such a great time in Bengaluru. Well, Mumbai is amazing as well. In some ways, Mumbai has a much bigger hustle culture.
Its great to see you again and for a moment I was scared , and thought you are going to leave India forever. But you are going to witness new love from another city .Wish you receive plenty of love from Mumbai just like in Bangalore both my favorites ❤. Good luck from Delhi.

Wishing you the best on this new chapter in your life! Big changes always move our core, but now you have all the experience from your life in Bengaluru. Mumbai is quite interesting, not my favorite city in India to be honest. But, every place has its goods and bads. Blessings on your new life journey!
This video left me emotional....
Very emmotional and sentimental blog Evana. Your feelings and love for Banglore are well known nd therefore I can imagine how painful it would have been to take hard decision to move to Mumbai. Parting is such a sweet sorrow. Best of luck Evana. God bless U.
be safe and wish you all the best in your future endeavors, i still miss Bangalore , though i had been only 7-8 months there that too some 15 years back :) . I used to stay in old airport road , there was a mall near my apartment called total mall and it had a wine shop where u can buy by measuring in gallons LOL. mumbai , i never went , but i heard , for those it works out , they become legends...so all the best :)
