I rented a cx90 (same car) for a few days and these were my observations Pros - handles great and feels very stable - rides smooth - interior is nice - the hud is decent. I appreciate the CarPlay directions on there as well as the BSM notifications Cons - if you toggle the drive mode to sport, then the cruise control won’t work. If you try setting it, you’ll get a message in the gauge cluster saying “sport mode canceled due to cruise control use” Probably the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen: you can’t use cruise control when you toggle sport mode from the center console? You can’t have the heavier steering and sharper throttle response when using cruise control? - Touchscreen for CarPlay didn’t work. I found out you have to get more expensive trim levels. - The heated seats don’t remember the setting when you restart the car - transmission short shifts too quickly in normal mode when you accelerate. - Gauge cluster has to be adjusted via the infotainment which is not a good idea. - underwhelmed with the steering feel. I expected more feedback given its Mazda and its RWD. - Start stop can be abrupt and jerky. - If for some reason you engage the parking brake in drive or reverse, pressing the gas won’t auto release it. - Inline 6 is a bit louder than I expected. It’s loud at high rpm’s. Sure it’s no B58, but considering that inline 6 engines are known to be silky smooth and ultra refined, I expected Mazda to push the engine refinement closer to a bmw in quietness. The 3.5L v6 in my car in comparison is a lot smoother and quieter too and even at high rpm’s the engines a lot more insulated. - Wireless charger doesn’t work. Keeps displaying “wireless charger unavailable” - hud doesn’t show as much info as i expected. Info like the infotainment info, parking sensor status, warning messages, or even a drowsy indicator ☕️ - noticed poor fit finish on the Bose speakers on the A pillars. When you touch them, you can actually feel it move a bit. You can practically just yank it out if you wanted to
There you go naveen. After you keep bitching about toyota and lexus now you are coming after Mazda. Sweetie, i know Genesis doesn’t sell as much as you like but your mom’s camry is still running well to support your silly emotions

Yeah, the first iteration always has kinks. Hoping 2026 model fixes those issues.
