Ingredients:
500 g mutton mince ( or meat of your choice)
1½ tbsp coriander seeds
1 Tbspcumin seeds
1 tsp pomegranate seeds or Lemon juice
1 tomato+ 5-6 green chilli paste
2 tomato fine chopped ( total 200 g tomatoes)
2 onion fine chopped and squeezed ( 200 g )
1 tsp salt or as per taste
1½ tsp crushed chilli
1 tsp ginger paste
½ cup maize floor or jawar flour
2 egg ( optional but recommended )
oil for frying
chutney:
coriander leaves 1 cup
2-3 green chilli
2 garlic cloves
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp curd
1 tsp lemon juice

The chapli kabab originates from Peshawar in Pakistan. The Peshawari chapli kabab is made with beef and is a popular street food throughout South Asia, including Pakistan, Afghanistan, India, and Bangladesh.
