What an incredible piece! Proud to have been in school with your Dad. Proud to have been in the Gospel Choir with him. Proud of you for continuing his legacy. Proud of you for making this journey your OWN. Proud to call you my Fraternity Brother ... you wear the Ring, and you're a member of Onega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. That's full circle and incredibly beautiful! Congrats young fella. Marcus would be overjoyed!!!!!!!
It broke my heart when you mentioned your father's passing. I have a ten-year-old son (profile picture). My son and I are very close. Your father is so proud of the man you have become. He raised you well, son. God Bless.
What a warm story and memories you have of your father. I love the way you were inspired by your fathers journey to include it in your own. I wished other young people would find their inspiration like you and not let the other things hold them back. I’m sure your father is looking down from heaven with a proud expression on his face. God bless
I read Conrad's Lords of Discipline and that changed my life. It changed even how I wrote and my current writing style. I did know that I was going to an all-female school with the Americans, but I didn't know that most of them were gullahites (or gullyites, as I like to call since gullies don't have any heights). Needless to say, I don't like those things you know. I don't like them at all. The book, Lords of Discipline, taught me that to get their attention yuh haffi cuss some long dutty badwud fi get dem attenshun or yuh naah guh get it an yuh cyaah fight dem! An yuh cyaah be sof-spoken eedah (either)! I really love that book. I wonder if there's an all-female school next door called the Sistadel...or something like that. Bwoy, dem can really hide tings dung inna one hole wid whole heap ah tampon inna it. Probably, it nuh deh...probably, it nuh deh deh but mi jus' surmising! Yuh know, yuh need some very, very, very, very good books to deal with them. Maybe the Accompong Maroons Educational Cohort runs that school. You can probably check with the International Criminal Court (ICC) to find out if that's true or not. If it is, you can get some books, which come from the 200-cities Pre-Medieval Library in Greenland's countryside from the Jamaicans to deal with those because they're very dangerous. They are sneaky, undermining, and sabotaging, and they like having things their own way even if it goes against everything that is right. So, those books can maybe help in disciplining them. They are capable of coming up with very deadly strategies to destroy people's lives, especially if they hold beliefs that are counter to theirs. Probably, there are some students at your school who have a gullyite background, but they were adopted by a foreigner who married into 5 Pharaoh Houses (Elohim, Annunaki, Nillil, Heutezah, Kunnanaki) who all reside in Jamaica. They are now free from the Canaanite but they still have to answer to dragons. You can probably tell them about that.
