Danica hates all men, can’t keep one, race car driver, quarterback, and the latest liberal she broke up with.
Here's something interesting fun fact: The top-3 drivers that finish this race (Bowman, Larson and Chastain) were drive for Chip Ganassi Racing team in the past on the Xfinity series or in the Cup series.
Bowman drive 2 times in the Ganassi team on the Xfinity series in 2017, scoring a win at Charlotte. Larson drive for Ganassi team both in Cup and Xfinity team for 7 years, scoring 5 wins between 2016 - 2019 in the cup series, before making his big break last year in Hendrick's team. Chastain drive for the Xfinity team in 2018 for 3 races scoring his first Xfinity win at Las Vegas and would drive on the cup series team last year and despite not win a race, his best finish was 2nd place at Nashville (which ironically Larson was dominated and won in that race).

Hendrick is better than ever. I remember back in 2010 Jimmie, Gordon & Jr were probably the three best drivers but this year Bowman & Byron are winning now too & you could argue that Chase & Larson are the top two drivers and Byron & Bowman are top 8 drivers as well. Insane.

Denny is a typical JGR driver, they all think they are the only one on the track allowed to mess up and they think they are gods gift to racing.

That was great to see the 48 back in victory lane! But Larsons worst finish in races he finished at all this year is 2nd so far.
To be fair, it was a good race. I'm not an Alex Bowman fan, however I do like his paint schemes he's had the last couple of years. I just hate it for my driver and MTJr., because they had an amazing battle there for like 10-15 laps. However, at the end of the day, that's racing. That's why we love/hate the sport at times. I'm not thrilled about it, but I can't be mad. I will say this, compared to what KFB did last year at this time, he has improved dramatically. 1 top 10 finish and 2 top 5s, I can't complain. Everything's great, on to Phoenix lol
I liked listening to Matt Kenseth much better than Danica . No offense Danica.

weak toe-links in the rear IRS suspension. I think NASCAR is working on a fix for it
That should be the new car combined with more horsepower which makes them slipperier and harder to drive

there were a lot of single car spin outs was the tire compound incorrect for Vegas they ve gone to a single lug nut which will change the tires demographics due to pressure which can cause tire wear just a thought ?
I'm only guessing here, no basis at all for this assumption, but I'm thinking they went to a harder compound due to previous tire failure here. I think they overshot how hard to go. Coupled with the lower profile of the new tires makes for a very stiff tire that is prone to side slip.
I doubt the single lug part has much to do with it though, the area of clamping force hasn't really moved very much and its really far from the contact point.
I'd say 75% due to stiff sidewall and 25% too hard of a compound.
If course all of this will get sorted over time, but in hindsight another half inch in the spoiler, or a couple more degrees vertical adjustment would have been wise here.
I heard Corey Lajoie say that in the old cars, you could feel the rear-end start come out and you could save it and keep going. He said in the new cars, once you feel it start to come out, it is too late. So I don't know if the old cars were getting loose as well and they were just easier to save or what. But I believe there is something causing it in these new cars.

This was better than the highlights from the Nascar channel... It was barely 10 minutes long. I didn't even know what happened to Denny's car or saw the damage to the 23 after hitting the tire wall.
NBC has the best highlights, it seems. Still the fox broadcast but longer and better racing

As a Rowdy fan that's not happening. Out of all the races KB won last year including the Xfinity Series he was only penalized twice with no points taken away and no disqualification due to loose lugnuts. NASCAR likes him, they're possibly going to give him a weekend sweep at COTA in the Truck and Cup race and at Richmond for his first few wins.

Not sure what you mean. Every driver thinks about their own safety while racing. Generally, including this case, the drivers own safety goes hand in hand with the safety of the other drivers so they all combined become the priority. It’s not being selfish, it’s just trying to be as safe as possible

I thought we officially saw the last of Danica in nascar. I hope this doesn’t last long and I REALLY hope we never see her in these cars because she’ll waste all of the scarce backup parts!

This aero and tire/wheel change is ruining NASCAR races; these are the best drivers in the series and they can't keep from spinning out, even without anyone around them. Get loose, you can't steer the car. Low profile tires can't take punishment or air pressure tweaks, and around they go. Might even be bottoming out chassis and losing grip. Terrible races, every race this season so far with this "next gen" package. They need to go back to the old formula, this one isn't working. It isn't "growing pains", this is just a badly designed package.
And no matter what package they use, Hendrick or Penske is almost always going to win. Why do we even watch this? If the new package was supposed to balance competition, it isn't working to do that either.
Get the old wheels and tires back on the cars, so there is a better and safer handling car at least, and drivers can keep their car down in low lane without slipping up and taking out innocent cars that just happen to be up there in the higher lane, or the high lane guys from hitting the wall and taking out everybody as they slide down the banking.
It’s called “you need Talent to drive these cars” and it’s also called “new car.” How bout you just be quiet and enjoy the races?
