Gotta push bro 💪 I've been working out aswell as taking extra calories and so far I went from 47KG to 58KG .. aiming for 65KG .. u can do it .. the secret for me was adding a 1000 calorie Smoothie to the end of the day

I have always been skinny too.last summer i was facin similar situation. My body eats energy too much,and pain. Body couldnt handle it.. Im 185cm and last summer my weight was 58kg.
