Woah the guitar parts are weird. I’m new to this type of rock so idk if this is used often but can someone explain the theory? I think it’s a major 6 in the intro riff? I see the lead guitar playing a sus 2 I think in the verse. And the other guitar is playing what looks like a sus 4 in the verse?
Well, it seems you're right, it's not too common in pop-punk - usage of sus chords and major 6s in riffs, bc of them song sounds more like an indie rock than alt-rock or pop-punk, but it's more interesting than usual power chords.
@@corporalclegg5393 for sure, I’m def gonna take inspiration from it for my own music. This band gives such a mood. Especially the music video to this song :)
Yeah Paramore is kind of an interesting band. Josh does the same kind of riff in Careful where it's in drop c# and he does like these chords with two octaves, I don't really get the theory.
I’m new to guitars and I want to learn to play, so sorry if this a dumb question but, what type of guitar is this ? I love this song and want to be able to play it one day.
best one on youtube, theres a couple other vids getting it completely wrong

you sir, are the best 🙌
The glassy delay sounds so good. What is it?
Its a mono delay from Cubase 11
It's just a trebly clean guitar with a little bit of simple delay, wdym
Thank you for this!!!
