    I like it Jay, I would like to do the same as you and have replacement tools ready to go. Was thinking of marking a NEEDS REPLACING section on a tool rack which can be done when there is spare time. Thanks for the videos!

      No button pushers but we have a finisher (grinding) guy that steps in to help when he's free.

    The last question was really good. If the tool travels from machine to machine, I guess the "minute counter" doenst really work for tool life, so the only way you know, that the traveling tool is getting dull is through spindle load?
    So I assume that only "big tools" are the ones that travel as if you would use a small tool it wouldn't increase as much the spindle load and create a part out of spec (defect).
