  • This is a re-upload of a game I already have on here. The other copy had a problem with the innings being out of order. I hope this one is corrected.

I can't remember if I saw this game live. If during the week, school time. Curt, Harry and Tony did a fine job. Curt was great not only doing sports broadcasts but his show "The American Sportsman" is legendary. Baseball players except for the superstars were just your neighbor down the street who made a good living playing baseball. All had jobs in the off season. Thanks for posting this game.

Holy smoke what a great upload! Thanks as always, but I had to pause at an hour in and comment on the car commercials. Just banger after banger. Happy New Year and thanks for all the great games!

Hi Virgil. What needed "fixing" concerning this recording? Please understand that I'm blind. The sound appears to be the same as it was, and the sound is just fine considering its age. Please tell me what you fixed. I like what you bring us from the sixties.--Don

Don I think this one had the Innings out of order like it might have had the first and second inning and then it jumped to the sixth inning and seventh inning and then went back to the third and fourth and so on. Hopefully I got the innings in the correct order now.

Gee whiz, players that dressed and acted like professionals. No baggy uniforms or ridiculous hairstyles. Nice to see the “We” generation here instead of the “Me” generation brats who play today. I was born 30 years too late.
