But at the end of the day- what the kid will remember is the memories- YOU being there for them, encouraging them, teaching them to be their own person-the love and how you empowered them is what they will remember more than the stuff you left behind
The economy is relative. The 80’s were pretty bleak in the USA but my parents did well. Not once have in this video did they consider changing jobs to make more money. Just getting a side hustle. It is so annoying that the lady said I already have a full-time job. I’m not gonna get another one so she’s either lazy or entitled. She has no clue that a lot of people in this world have a full time job and a part time job I think she’s just lazy
Look, lol. I can pick at her too but being a nurse working full-time meaning for her apparently that she's doing twelve hour shifts.. after having a baby about a year before. Naw, she's exhausted. I can give her a pass on that. Now not having a garage sale and selling alot of their stuff to make back some cash, ok. Tho finding the time and energy to do the garage sale maybe difficult. Unfortunately FB market place didn't exist back then, lol.
I'm going to guess they probably met in church youth group, everyone else was pairing off and they just settled for each other instead of branching out past their high school - college pod of friends, all who they've lost touch with.
It's no more grueling than other jobs with long hours. If she has the option for more hours = more money then for a time she can do it. The only alternative is finding a side hustle that makes the same amount, which would still be hard work. It's only for a time, it's not forever.

That is what she paid for it... the point was that the resale value of things is a fraction of that, as in the hubby saying his tools will be worth almost nothing in a garage sale.
You cannot write a business contract worse than a marriage contract. If you make the most money in a couple, marriage is a losing deal. If you are a mooch and suck up money, marriage is for you.
Unfortunately FB market place didn't exist back then, lol.
down goes the lever when he sees the beaver!
FACTS. MY THOUGHTS EXACTLY.
Wowsers
This is a strange couple. 🤷
How can you spend 6,000 a month
Carl is kind of cute though…
anyone else getting annoyed with the amount of ads in these videos??
I'm going to guess they probably met in church youth group, everyone else was pairing off and they just settled for each other instead of branching out past their high school - college pod of friends, all who they've lost touch with.
She's a crybaby
The yoga teacher was too beautiful.
The guy doesn't seem to really give a crap about his kid
Gail doesn't understand how gruelling nursing is.
She has kids, maybe she does know
It's no more grueling than other jobs with long hours. If she has the option for more hours = more money then for a time she can do it. The only alternative is finding a side hustle that makes the same amount, which would still be hard work.
It's only for a time, it's not forever.
I get what you are saying but it's really not relevant in this situation. Dealing with the reality has to be top priority.
Guy is a decent bloke and so is she
He was surprised to hear her dept is his if they split
Does he have poor eyesight or...
Why on earth is he with her 🤦♀️. Her supposed exhaustion will go if she started looking after her health and fitness. She looks so unfit
She just had a baby and went back to work, Karen... 🙄
@@meowsha no excuse
@@amyhudson1016 wtf? 😂 Are you a 16 year old incel or something? Of course it's an excuse. If you didn't know, growing an entire human being changes a woman's body. It's called hormones. Plus if she's working and looking after baby and the husband does nothing, when is she meant to work out? 🙄 Your misogyny is noticeable.
@@meowsha lowering yourself to childish insults isn’t the way to converse. She was dramatically overweight which is proven to lessen energy levels. Not quite sure what your trying to defend. I’ve had two babies and didn’t end up overweight from it!! Unhealthy for the baby and very unhealthy for the mother. Or for anyone in fact. Let’s stop normalising being overweight as acceptable. It’s not. It puts pressure on the health system and leads to chronic diseases. I assume you find smoking cigarettes to be unhealthy? How does that differ to overeating, eating the wrong foods, and no exercise? It doesn’t.
@@amyhudson1016 oh so because you were privileged enough not to have any contradindications and you got the time off (aka HELP) to do it, you think you're superior. Yuck. Again, your misogyny is real. Your pick-me behaviour is evident. How about some empathy towards a mother who works 12 hours shifts nursing and has obviously zero help looking after the kid.
Does Gail think there's some guy willing to scoop her broke-A$$ up and raise her kid? She is amazingly arrogant and flagrant.
Was this a green card marriage or something? Or whatever it’s called in Canada
What an odd pair, not often I say but he could do better 😂 edit she is really not a looker
I hate cry babies. No one is going to magically fix this for her. She got herself into it. It will take WORK to get out of it. Stop whining and crying like a baby and WORK.
Today's younger folks think they are entitled to what they want now.
Perhaps, but they learned it from their parents and their parents are also the ones who insisted on participation trophies so Little Johnny wouldn't feel bad so... 🤷🏿♀️
So do older folks. Governments and credit card companies encourage this buy now pay later mentality. I was caught up in the hamster wheel for a long time, peddling like crazy and getting nowhere. Still in debt but now that I have a plan, I feel better.
This is from 20 years ago 😂
