The exploding moves are either a powerful, hype move that feels like it ought to just completely annihilate someone, or the character's weakest move so that you can make people explode with a tap. No middle ground.
The fact he uses YWKON Finale just as Zack says "Finale" and he removes Sora from the picture, it makes you all hyped with the different shots of the characters... Just to immediately play 3 clips of Pichu just SDing 🗿
My favORITE unintentional THING HERE IS WHEN zach tells nick to think outside of the box and then nick get snake, and his taunts litterally bring him outside of the box.
I had a smile on my face the moment I heard 'Flirt with bomb' from Yakuza Kiwami. (AKA, the music that played AFTER the Kirby and Mewtwo match.) AND 'One-eyed assassin' FROM YAKUZA 0 STARTING AT THE YOSHI AND KAZUYA MATCH??? My joy is immeasurable, and my day is made.
9:02 I'm pretty sure the reason the bomb wasn't reflected is because the bomb hit from above. Nick isn't entirely wrong, as that move does eventually lose its reflective properties. It's just that the reflection wasn't the issue here.
1:23 my guess of why it didnt work given it was coded correctly was that the explosion hitbox of the bomb was what have made the instakill not the collision
This is an amazing idea for a video, love it! I hope it gets done again with all the characters randomized. Maybe some less obvious ones (I felt too many were B moves or projectiles)
I think the funniest thing for Pokemon Trainer is to have down B explode, but... that's impossible to land lol
