In this video you only talked about land buying process in general which is okay ,but i could have been very informative if you had 😢 discussed cost and availability ,size in the area . we wanted to know how affordable it might be .Anyway thanks
Hi, thanks for sharing your thoughts on this. I did point out in the video that I'll talk about land availability in regard to size, location and cost, in subsequent videos. So please stay tuned for that.
Watching from Nairobi, thankyou for sharing about the lands ,for kajo we call them municipality in other countries however the government does not provide any dustbin even in our Nairobi city ,so what do you expect off course ppple with throw trash anywhere,in dubai everywhere you go you find dustbin and also the government warn pple not to throw trash anywhere because you will be fine,in kenya no rules
For sure she has a wealth of knowledge on land. It seems if you transact in Kenya, regardless of all the due diligence you get scammers along the way. I am dealing with an issue right now and the land is in Narok so I am looking forward to when you share reputable lawyers(one we used it seems is crooked) especially those well versed on land issues.
💯 hearing other people's stories has taught me that you've got to be vigilant, cz from personal experience, I've learned that conmen are everywhere, and are always looking for a loop hole. In regard to Narok, I can recommend a couple of lawyers, but let me get in touch with them first.
Thanks for a great video, and wasy quite informative. The part about going back minus the seller to interview neighbors was a gem! I wouldn't even compare buying a cow to buying a piece of land. Its all fun and games until someone gets hurt 😂....best to write a check, depending on the deal, cash can also be bulky. Your guest was very informed in her field of work. Thanks!
💯 Yea, that part was quite interesting to me too!. She's got a wealth of knowledge, and was so kind to share it. Cash manenos on matters land, for me is a no no 😄 Glad you liked it 🙂 Thanks for watching!
Those insects are known as Kumbi-Kumbi in swahili or Chenena . Love 'birds' are also said to be in love like kumbi kumbi. Hope you are doing fine due to devastating floods in Narok.
Oh nice, good to know. Never heard of those names before. I'm doing fine, thanks for checking. Haven't seen the floods myself, thank God! Not say that they aren't occurring elsewhere.
In the video, she mentioned that a search certificate reflects what's on the green card. Therefore, I'd recommend that you go to your local land registry, and apply for a search. There too, you can apply for the green card, if need be.
Unfortunately, I don't know a surveyor in Nairobi. Maybe folks here can recommend a good one for you. But please ensure to do your due diligence before committing yourself to any expenditures.

Ebu hapo towards the end, those houses in one line with red mabati roofs. Are they like rental one bed/studio apartments?
