I understand that making mbff at ttl level layout will lead to lesser area but are we having any common transistors for the whole mbff, i.e do all the ff share something? I know they can't share the bistable so there would be 2n bistables for all the ffs (master and slave) but do all the ffs share the transmission gate which is controlled by the clk and clk_bar? So it could be a huge driving strength TG driving all the bistables of the master latch and another TG driving the slave latch.
