I see people debating Faouzia's vocal type (Mezzo or Soprano) I think it miiiight be more complex and amazing than that 😏 I would like to know what y'all think about my theory about Faouzia's voice.... My guess is that she could be Full Lyric Soprano OR a future Dramatic Soprano which is rare these days. And freaking epic! voice type isn't just about the range . voice type is about the tone and how comfortable a person can hit high or low notes and for faouzia she seems to be more comfortable to singing low notes than singing high notes . sorry for my english lol
@@danieltalebi1040 Yeah a mezzo would thin above D5 & Faouzia doesn’t do that. The “tone” y’all mistake as a Mezzo tone is just her lowering her larynx a little bit to create. She is a clear Soprano (maybe not a high set one) but the Tessitura is of the Soprano set cause Range ≠ Fach Compare Faouzia to Judy Garland, Jazmine Sullivan, Shirley Bassey & Gladys Knight & U’ll be able to tell who is a Mezzo & who isn’t ❤️

She is not a soprano. The fact of the matter is her upper range is not as strong as the lower and mid range. Not that she can’t do strong, high notes, she can do them, but but you can see how much it takes out of her when she does. It is not easy for her, which is why lately she tries to do a high belting less often. She tries to mix more often.
