- How to make a cake topper of Skye from Paw Patrol! I use modelling paste / gum paste to create my Paw Patrol figure, you could also use fondant with tylose powder in. Alternatively you could use polymer clay / fimo if you do not want your topper to be edible.

She looks really cute. You were very accurate with her, you got almost everything perfect. The only thing you got a little off was her tail, it should have been out of the darker brown, but everything else is prefect. Great job, and it was a great video 👍

WHat is it with the Laped that you like? It looks like modeling chocolate to me, but more workable. GUmpaste/MC blend?

Yes, you can. Add a bit of Tylose or CMC powder to your fondant. Let it sit 15minutes, then you can begin work as it's firmer now
Hi im a beginner and pretty much self taught when ot comes to modelling. I love your videos but would find it really useful if you could put or say the size of the iceing your using i.e for the head 6g of icing ball park . Thank you x
I just made mine with your tutorial pretty cool but i used renshaw flower paste instead and it did look good and steady for 45 min but after the head which is pretty heavy started to sink forward. I took it out put some coctail stick the same happened again after an hour. So i am now letting them dry separatly and hopefully it won't happen again til friday when the cake will be delivered. Do you have any advised? How do you managed to hold everything so nice firm and steady on your cake toppers. It took me 4 hours but i am pretty please cool tutorial. Maybe it will be nice
to have weight proposion that you use.
