Thanks for this great tutorial, i just wonder if i can use the same water that usually use( which is tap water) or not? Edit: can i descale the machine without using the descale mode (pressing the double espresso)?
Yeah... Hibrew didn't do a good time to program the descale sequence. Ideally, the should have cycled between solution, wait, solution, wait, solution, wait... then clean water cycle.
I honestly don't think running it through once is enough. They didn't do a good job programming the descale process. They should have flow enough solution to saturate the pipes and heating elements, then wait for 15/30 min, and exchange solution and repeat... If they do this, it will remove a lot more build-up. The descaling solution need time to work....
Yes, if they let the solution saturate the internal parts a bit longer, it would be more effective. But most machines' descaling mode works this way-running a descaling cycle followed by a rinsing cycle. As long as you do it regularly, it should be fine.
@@brewcoffeehome If you live in an area with hard water, which happens a lot, you then wouldn't say so this routine is good enough. After a few times like this, try soaking it like I suggested and you will be surprised at the amount of calcium build up that flushes out.
Thanks for this! I just bought this machine and was wondering about the descaling process
Very helpful video, thank you!
Thank you! I’m getting ready to buy my own h10a and these videos are very helpful

I think tap water is fine, but it's recommended to use the descale mode.
Will I use the same buttons and program for the H10 Plus? If I use TDS 70 mineral water, is it enough to clean once a month?
Thanks a lot!
i think you need to leave solution inside the machine for at least 20 minutes to dissolve water residue and any salt build up before rinsing

I know 20min is for machines with boiler tanks. Is 20min necessary for heat exchange system?
เพิ่งรู้ว่ามีระบบล้าง ตอนนี้สภาพการใช้งาน 😢 ไม่สมบูรณ์
