Making the Low Cost but Effective Wing Chun Dummy Part 1 of 2 - Khang Tuong Nguyen

To help the Wing Chun community, here's the direction on how to make a Wing Chun Dummy for a fraction of the cost. It does not include all of the details, but you get the idea.
We completed this dummy within a day (if not in a few hours). The dummy is stable, durable, height adjustable (you don't find this anywhere), easy to move around, and most importantly it feels like a real WC dummy. All of the materials (except the white TKD belt) to make this WC dummy were bought from Lowe's. We used thebookofkima.b... as the guideline for our dummy.

A little about Khang

Khang has a black belt in Taekwondo. In addition, Khang is an intermediate level in Wushu, and a beginner in Wing Chun. Khang was 12 when he helped design and build the WC dummy and made this video clip.
