How-To Build Rukrom

It's been a while since I last made a How-To, so here's one of a couple that I made for y'all. You may use this M.O.C. and design, as long as you give me credit.
Rukrom is a general in an organization known as the "Dark Armada" (along with Aquorvok). He's violent and berserk, always thriving to express his savage behavior and aggressive strength against any opponents, and is considered extremely dangerous, who will slaughter his foes relentlessly.

Kylernuva, I'm just gonna tell you this. I absolutely love all your MOCs, Rukrom really deserves this. Congrats on not giving up on the less popular MOCs! Though Rukrom should be a star.
I think I just came up with a Soap starring Rukrom. "Rukrom and the stars!" :P
