Totally agree with the answer of having a Truck like this over a Beach house or a Mountain cabin. We built ours the same way. All the comforts of a tiny home and you can change the scenery when you want to! Cool build and love the balcony! Something like it will be in our future!
@@ragebait988 This is true, but all the money in the World won't buy you any more time. If you have one of these Trucks, money isn't the biggest issue anymore. Time, on the other hand, is of the essence.
Ronny : Thank you for this video! I posted a comment on the last video re inverters. I have a 5000W Carutu inverter, peeks at 10,000 W, 12 V 220 as my rig will NOT have gas. Everything is electric. 5000 W to some sounds, (a) just stupid, or (b) overkill, however if you have things like induction cook tops & an "On Demand Shower", your 2000W unit just is not going to cut it. Nice rig guys! Enjoy Au.
It looks like a huge commitment, but great if you have the time, can afford it, and you can fix and build things. Recently I saw a modern motorhome towing a Suzuki Jimny! It's fantastic to see how many ways you can have a good time touring (West) Australia; for me it's the Troopy, a lot simpler and not as overwhelming. Another good Modified episode.
Our favourite moggies! Also really good friends. Simply love their humbleness. Had such a good time up at Barred creek, even though you had to pull us out 😂
This video shows that Jele and Patrick really know about the unimog. I agree on everything they say and the choices they made. On my Unimog 404 I have two bottle jacks. One 12ton and one 5ton but extra tall 37cm base. When you have a flat you first need to get the axle up and then on height 😃
Awesome episode and some spectacular features on this mog, love the bank of windows over the balcony. The mog is the most accomplished 4wd and almost bulletproof, other than their width causing panel damage
17:55 I love that they even have a washing machine in their truck and I hate that I don't even have one in my apartment that I pay through the nose for :(
I so love these big truck mods. if i could aford it i would get a Unimog or an Oka. been wanting to watch all the Mod videos but only see one playlist 1-99 but then the rest are scattered through the main video page. This needs to be adressed for quick access to your content.
that 240v board is definitely illegal, how do you seriously not have that in an enclosed switchboard. you have a GPO sitting there just exposed with nothing behind it, or on a mounting block wtf lol
Great video as always bro. Quick question, I have a 93 trooper with aisin manual locking hubs. Is it okay to use 4L with the hubs unlocked? I find it easier to drive steep hills using 4L but 4x4 are not necessary on pavement right? Also 4x4 is not r commended on paved road. So i was wondering if i can use 4L in 4x2 mode (hubs unlocked). Will i break anything? Thank you

Man that is cool and huge. Love the fact that they did so much of the work themselves.
Yay we made it to the vid!

Beautiful couple..Awesome build 👌🏾
The couple has an awesome vibe. Cool people
My favourite part of touring the country in a Mog was completely losing my hearing when it goes over 60kmph 😂
We have an ADF one in at work at the moment and it's so wicked to drive. Such a raw experience
Wow what a great build and a great couple.

I wish I had the 300k needed to build this when I was in my 20's, lucky kids
great vid Ronny, it's a Truck hahaha great to meet you the other day Pat in Bunbury, see ya up North
When will see more videos of your Unimog adventures?
Given it's summer in Texas, I get temporarily jarred by the way you're dressed here. Salud to my cousins Down Under!
17:55 I love that they even have a washing machine in their truck and I hate that I don't even have one in my apartment that I pay through the nose for :(
I am waiting to see Ronny get his own 'Mog. The smaller pug-nosed UGE would be nice.
Very interesting. Would be an absolute beast to travel in.
Sorry mate, no CH-47 rides for you, the Chinook tops out at 10 ton 😂
have a good look at the final export when you finish up a edit. you’ve got a premiere warp stabiliser error at 5:13
WISH BEST FURTHER YOUNG FAMILY PAIR WITH TRAVEL AROUND AUSTRALIA
GREAT VIDEO TO WATCHING
Ronnie thought on collab video with Reef Addicts for some proper fishing ?
Nice Mog! But did I hear a German accent while touring the interior? 😉
Absolutely awesome build. Where is the aircon from? looking for something similar for my defender

At the 00:32 mark you have a clip with warp stabiliser on it that didn't get analised.
@RonnieDahl there is a error in the opening sequence. Looks like prem pro rendering error. Check it out at 0:32
This guy has an American accent but looks perfectly Australian.
How much would it be to buy something like that already build ?
See few mogs for sale but just a stock truck.
Rony..please do modified episode for isuzu dmax..seems like no isuzu dmax in modified episode..now the time i think
It's because they suck
@Harry who is that?
I want to know how to make that kind of money at such a young age! That thing is incredible!

You can buy a new Unimog for just 400k USD.
what a rig, underfloor heating too! crazy amount fo work, very cool tourer. Not sure if i missed it but with 12tonne what is the l/per 100k's?
1200km range with a 450l tank. So... Horrible :D
thanks for great channel new sub qld :)
🤘😃
What's the name of company you recommended getting off road & 4 wheel drive parts from?
Thank you 😇

Living comfortable, off-grid, and when you see people, you drive away.

The world of 89L/100km
the world of the uneducated, you may want to check your math. More like 25l/100km if he gets 1800km out of 450ltrs
