On orders like that one where the customer said that you told her it was red (LOL) I would have just refunded the $4 and moved on. The time and frustration going back and forth is not worth it to me. It is good that it ended well for you, and it sounds like she likes you and still wants to purchase from you, which is always a bonus.
@@helloimjen7That is a good question. I am pretty sure you have to go through Poshmark to request the partial refund, but I have had them not even respond before. There is no easy mechanism to refund like on eBay.
Love all your videos.They’re always so fun to watch:-) I use colloidal silver for cold sores,canker sores,eye styes etc I just put a little on a q-tip and dab on the affected area. It’s pretty amazing:-) Glad that my tip about the kid’s clothes was helpful:-) I forgot to say that I do measure vintage kid’s clothes because vintage sizing is different sometimes. All other kid’s clothes I don’t measure. I do include pics of brand tags and materials tags and any special features,like I do for adult clothes. I’ve only mixed up an order one time on Poshmark. It was a pair of kid’s jodhpurs(horse riding pants) I had two really similar pairs that I had received in a TU kids box and I ended up sending her the wrong pair. Poshmark sent her a label to send them back and me a label to send her the correct pair. I’m so sorry about your neighbor:-(

My experience has been that once a customer accepts their order through posh, Poshmark will ghost both you and the customer and there’s no resolution no matter how many times you both reach out. I hope that isn’t what you experience. I’ve sent the complete wrong item before - they didn’t even look alike. They just both had a brand tag that started with “urban” and I wasn’t paying attention. D’oh 🤦🏼♀️
They ended up letting us switch items! I didn’t even have to pay extra for the TWO additional shipping labels! Maybe they’re getting better with their customer service? 🤷🏼♀️

Thank you! I’ve been using Lysine for years but normally just when I get a cold sore. Do you take it daily? I was prescribed something that works a lot better but I was scared to take anything since I’m nursing my son ☹️
@@helloimjen7 yes, I take one capsule daily. But at the beginning I was taking larger doses when I got a cold sore to help heal it. Then I started with one a day after that. I do forget occasionally but it hasn’t sparked an outbreak yet. I just get back to taking daily again after I’ve missed a day or two.
