How to make an arm cover

I made a wristband for washing my face using Celia's fluffy towels.
Just by wearing it on your wrist, you can prevent your cuffs and floor from getting wet when washing your face, making it very convenient.
One set of hand towels
You can make two sets of face towels.
It's very easy to do, so I'd be happy if beginners could use it as a reference.
After cutting the face towel in half, you can use a zigzag sewing machine to sew it a little easier by placing a file or something similar to the 2mm edge of the fabric and pressing it down.
Also, while the sewing machine is moving the needle, you can pull the fabric on the other side to make it move more easily.
