26:37 This is correct because we measure distance from origin or pole. -5,-4,-3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3,4,5 👉-5 to 0 opposit to direction of light means negative
exactly true. Distance of object and image is measured from pole and if distance is measured in direction of light is taken as positive and vice versa.
At 13.37 if the height of the object is negative it seems senseless but if the distance of the object from the pole is negative, it seems sensible. Wow

I got the answer In ncert it is written that it's a convention that in physics we always take the position of the object in the left of mirror If it is convex then the mirror should be on R.H.S if we take in on LHS then the polish will not form the image and we also have to coincide the pole on origin Hope it will be helpful !! ☺️

Mam I have a doubt. If we polished inner part of concave mirror and vanish the polish of outer part of concave mirror, then it becomes convex mirror then signs are changed, then whole theory is wrong.
