Thanks for the Fresno/Clovis shout out. We do have some local gems here. Be sure to try some of our outstanding food truck vendors next time you pass thru. We have some outstanding hidden places as well.
I don’t doubt it. While in the area, we had the best Tacos from a food truck in Bakersfield. We will need to check out the food truck scene in Fresno. We still talk about how great the folks are there. Thanks for watching.
Hi I'm from Fresno too. Thanks for showing those food places. I haven't tried them and they look so good. Makes me want to give them a visit. Thanks for making a video on this! 😊👍
Benaddiction looks amazing. I'm sorry we missed that spot! El Pueblito looks casual and an area staple. Folks around Fresno are passionate about their food. The comment and like/dislike rate of this video is more than 2x that of our other city/restaurant videos. Thanks so much for sharing this. Keep the Fresno food passion!
Thanks for the comment. You may be interested in our dog trips. Check out the playlist below. Not bad, for three legs over rugged terrain! Again, thanks for the kind words. ua-cam.com/play/PL8zrLhuZfL6oVhIeUPp-LkZsvzC5Rl8rj.html
Try La Elegante, they’re also in China Town, they have won the taco fest contest for best tacos in Fresno, several times. Also had a food network show stop by, forget which one. They’re open from 10-2 only tho.
That sounds right up our alley! According to their website, ABC30 Action News also took a poll and La Elegante won best in Fresno. Sounds incredible! Thanks for commenting with the tip.
Most of these places are good, but I noticed alot of these joints are. Franchised and high end places, the real heart of fresno food is places like, diccicos pizza which has been here for 50 years or the beer rock shop, or Guadalajaras, or content pig!
Thanks so much for the tip. Those places look amazing. We agree with your perspective. Berrock Shop, Guadalajara, and El Cochinito Contento are right up our alley...and DiCicco's looks really good, too. But please understand: the places we visited may be newer - but none are franchises. Tulare and the Red Caboose appear to be very much a part of their community. Butterfish has just two location in the Fresno area - and the House of Juju has two spots as well (one is in Morrow Bay). Even Pismo's is owned by Fansler, a group with just three restaurants that were all born and raised in the Fresno area. We agree with sticking to local establishments. Thanks for your recommendations - we will need to check them out as well. We appreciate the comment!
I understand growing tired of a place. But the food was good in Fresno - and we were really impressed by the people. Other parts of California did not have the friendliness and down-to-earth vibe that the folks of Fresno had. Great people!
I would not feed my dog , food from the Chuck Wagon. I ate there once and that was enough for me. Maybe it was good many years ago but in my opinion not now. They cut open a bag of Fritos and put in what tastes like canned chili.

I'm a year late, but if your ever in Fresno again try Irenes and El patio in the tower district you won't regret it. 👌👌
Thanks for the tip. I think we need to plan another trip out there. We appreciate you taking the time to leave the comment!

I hope you get a chance to give them a try. We enjoyed each of those and highly recommend them. We appreciate your comment.
God bless your family abundantly.
Benaddiction (Fresno) , El Pueblito (Clovis)

Epic asada tacos…their chili sauce is legendary too!

Ate at DiCiccos on Blackstone near downtown. The food was put in the microwave and was partially still frozen and I later was sick from it.
Completely agree! 👍👍
I hate Fresno 😷lived here too long,but good restaurants are here☀️🌻

Breakfast=Al’s Cafe
Lunch= Weekend Dreams
Dinner= See option A or B
Both of these places look like great choices. Two of my types of comfort food: Mexican food and burgers! Thanks for the tip!
The 2 person working on Rollie Rollie
Yeah you can tell the other one suck at her job lol compare to the one that was making his ice cream for him.
I think you’re right. That’s quite funny.
Fresno list
Als cafe
Revue
Cafe van ness
Benediction
Taco pinto
Elderwoods In Visalia
Thank you so much for restaurant tips. We will need to eventually check those out.
Get to SANGER CA for
CHUCK WAGON !!!
That looks like an iconic place for chili dogs. Will have to check it out sometime. Thanks for the tip.
Real talk!

@@starlite556 yes they have since changed owners and sold the recipe but the building is the same since I was a young boy.
Yes I love chuck wagon!!!
Oh, wow. tater tots . I will have to rush right over to the ghetto and get some. I will first call up my bodyguards. Thanks.
Next time in Fresno try Antonio's Mexican Restaurant
Looks like that's in the North part of town - near 41. Will have to give it a try sometime. Thanks for the tip.
Lol there’s better places, Antinios is like a step up from Taco Bell. Tex Mex cuisine.
@@Czarina888777 yeah, go to La Elegante or a decent Taco Truck
The restaurant critics are wrong. Fresno diners shout shit would likely taste much better.
Always choose a Fresno restaurant that has restrooms close to your table in case you need to make a run for it.
