Probally not because its the the og barrage that was sigend in the trity. Plus since india wasnt mantinigt the bharrage nepal can use that for our favour and take full control of it in ou favour.

This barrage is not in Nepal's favor, so why maintain it? It's good as it is now because it cannot store water, and the dam is not strong enough to hold the water pressure, so they are forced to open all the gates. This project has always been a hiccup for Nepal. We cannot afford any kind of treaty like this in the future. So, do better research. We Nepalis should definitely be cautious. When the dam is strong, they only open 75% of the doors in the worst conditions.
