Suicidal ideation, severe depression, and a long nasty list that er done gotta go into, I got to see them live recently and got to meet Nicky, super nice guy who i would have loved to talk to for hours, metal has always been there for me through dark times and I found this during a time I didn't think I wasn't gounna make it and it just helped me see the positive around me and think of the people I'm fighting for.
Depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar, I'm right there with you friend. This song helps me push.

It's really hard to describe the feeling of waking up and realizing that you're still alive after you've poured all the negative thoughts you've kept locked up in your head to your parents in a Whatsapp broadcast message. The funny part was that my dad's phone got stolen so he never even saw the message.

i just raised 2 middle fingers up and kept them there , now i only live to have fun ,smoke weed , drink, BBQ with friends .

Wow. I don't think I can even explain to you guys how much I needed that today. Life's been f'n HARD these last few years, and, the weight has really started to push me down. I'm bi-polar with PTSD from childhood trauma, and I literally think about killing myself every single day, and I have since I was around 10. I had to take today off work to try and re-charge my batteries a bit, and I stumbled on this video. I have the new album, and I've listened to it, but, haven't done a deep lyric dive yet. This song is going to get A LOT of play in my house. Thanks for the message of love from a random fan in Ohio who can't wait to meet you guys again.

Find a way to vent or hobby/ art to turn that anguish into energy. Some of the greatest artists and musicians are those who suffer the most. Day by Day if have to, hour by hour , minute by minute is bad but I have been to sec by sec from severe migraines , plus complex PTSD , Permanent Post Concussion Syndrome , Severe Depression and Anxiety. Stay strong head up🤘🤘 and never hate yourself , I became that. Self destruction and mayhem were my specialty
