    Love that you included the blueberry sauce as well. Sundays are better with Jill. Thanks for another winner.

    So glad you included this recipe in your new book!! I made the batter last night and put it in the fridge. Just had to thin it out a bit with milk. And this morning we had waffles!! With the blueberry sauce too! They were so good!! Thanks and happy new year!! 🎉

    Made these waffles this morning for my kids. Love them! I appreciate that these aren’t sweet! We serve with maple syrup which is sweet anyways. Love the blueberry sauce idea😋

    I was really happy to find a recipe that didn’t include bananas, and I did not use the sprouts; but I loved this recipe-it was just what I was looking for! Also, I did not have to spray my waffle iron and it did not stick at all!

    I look forward to making this one Jill! I fully expected you to blend the dry ingredients first to turn the oats into a flour. I can't way to see how this tastes!! xoxo

    I can’t get them crunchy, I think that’s partly because they steam in waffle iron. But I put them in my toaster oven on high for a few minutes after, and the texture gets better. Taste is awesome!

    i just want to add that reg. oats are not gluten free ( I have celiac so I found out the hard way) if u suffer from celiac be sure & look for the branded GF oats. other than that I'm totally making this so ty for sharing!

    I gave away my waffle iron after hearing about nonstick not so good for you. Can you recommend the best, safest option in your opinion? Also, what knives do you use? I'm in the market for a good set of knives. Thank you for all your videos, my daughter and I watch often and have made several of your recipes that we enjoy. We are trying to stick to plant based here in Mississippi where it's so difficult.

      Dauphne McMurry , if you want to take advantage of the Omegas en Flax seeds it has to be freshly grounded , just before cooking otherwise they loose their potency

    Wow.....I had given up on waffle machines thinking I'll never be able to use one again. I got rid of mine a while back, but it was sticking too much anyway 🤭
    Thank you for sharing this video.
    Can you share what type machines are best, whichone do you have?

    Have you tried it without the broccoli sprouts? My broccoli seeds are duds. I think maybe 2% sprouted. Where did you get yours?

    • @wholefoodplantbasedcookingshow
      @wholefoodplantbasedcookingshow  5 років тому

      I have tried it without and it is still wonderful but why not just up the nutrition if it doesn't change the flavor, right.
      Here is where I get my sprouts and so far they have been great. =)

    • @wholefoodplantbasedcookingshow

      You can reheat them in the airfryer. You can leave the broccoli sprouts out. I wouldn’t use zucchini because it will probably make them soggy
