That is false statement. He awarded and is doing 195 billion Port Harcourt Ring road which connects 6 LGAs of which 5 are Upland.
The has awarded and building Elele - Omoku road at a cost of 80 billion and has paid 40 billion already. What are you saying? Because he's doing Trans Kalabari which is the only major project in the Riverine area
