working for Amazon business call process it's a hell of a ride with ups and downs but you will learn a lot. i would still prefer chat process any day but this is good too managers are supportive and our team is resourceful so yeah

Working in CAP process from Amazon is veryyyyyyy difficult honestly. We have to handle calls straight for 8 hours. Ap ko 1 second ka bhi idle time nahi milenga

If you are a more talented or you have a better degree than your manager than why did you joined for the first time. Secondly job is job it your thought ki mai jada mehnt kru xyz amount k liye ya km mehnt or time saving job kru jisse further studjes ya business k liye extra time its upon your preference rather than spreading new like it is a brainless job you should share your preference its not brainless for others people with casual degrees get jobs in these sectors only .
@@SuziieVlogs lol, this is india girl, it must be easy for you to live as a girl but not for us as a guy, and we cant change the mind of indian people how much they prefer name of company, if it was my choice i would have never join it, second yes job is brainless, i dont know as you are in either na process or something, but i know what happen in indian process, and the system is completely collapse, everyone is living to save their job, from.manager to group manager, and how you have to handle it, I am saying it because everyone have their own preferences i have said if want to to do some relaxing job, where no one from.above treated you like animal, and you wanted to earn money its good place, but if you want security in amazon and you want to grow mentally one can leave it, its just amazon process thats your life

according to Amazon Data security Policy & code of conduct, you can't use mobile or laptop while on work, you need to keep that away from your desktop but at a location where you can receive any calls etc..... make sure nobody watch this video and also dont show AC3 screen...

I did work also in night shift first time in my life i did only 4 months . Its very difficult to work in night .many disease may occurs like diabetes heart attack problems obesity many other also . So take care of it

Depends calls ya chat lere ho ,approx 25-30k manke chlo and 150 for night shift agents ,night shift consider krte hai agr 8 bje ke baad 4 ghante apki shift night mein ati hai toh
