We were on vacation when you had your flash sale, but I went ahead and ordered some bare root hazelnut. I knew that we were going to be cutting it close, to get home before the trees arrived. As it happened, the trees arrived in record time, days before our flight home. No biggie, I thought, since our weather at home was overcast. Then, we got delayed ten more days by life's happenings. I was sure the trees would be toast. We finally got home last night, and I found all the trees to be in great shape! Your thoughtful packaging kept them alive, when life's unexpected events kept us away from home.
Zelda has Sasha’s eye shape. Lovely. My 6 m.o. loves gardening too. I’m so glad i have mostly edible plants so i can let him handle them... right to the mouth of course...

I’m always a bit said this time of year that you can’t ship to the Atlantic coast of Canada 😭. I watched (and tortured myself 😁) every spring for all these years. I myself knowing how much others benefit from your trees sales👍🏻👏🏻😁💜

No trees for me this spring - have realized there’s something bad going on in my soil… maybe runoff from fields or chlorine from neighbors. Don’t know, but gotta figure it out! Zelda and Sasha are so beautiful ❤❤❤

Spring hss sprung here in our Zone 6a (new since 2012) area. All our beautiful Edible Acres selections from previous orders appear to be waking up nicely from their slumber. So excited to see what the new season will bring. The garlic varieties from you are all growing with great vigor. The Siberian Peach is emerging stout & strong, full of tiny leaflets.
What were once just bare sticks in soil just last year are now beautiful currant stems, green & flush with new growth , well on their way towards a future of bountiful harvests. Very hopeful the new patch of Pawpaw seedlings will likewise wake from their winter rest, as well.
Looking forward to finding new "forever homes" for earlier order items which just arrived this week. Fennel, Fuki, Switchgrass, Myoga Ginger should all be situated for the season in the next few days.
What a joy to include and incorporate these beautiful new beings into the landscape, personally grown by all of you with such grace and skill, packed & shipped with care. So blessed to be entrusted with their future care. Many thanks, Sean, & Juan, & Sasha. You're quietly making this world a better place, one plant at a time. Can't thank you enough for what you do. I was hoping the sprouted compost avocado would survive.
I even have a peach special to this region "Weinbergpfirsich" vineyard peach with dark red flesh, a little tart und a fuzzy coating.

I just got a Meader persimmon (american) and the roots are all black. Some woody roots that I cut into are black inside but most are still pretty white. Is this normal? What do healthy persimmon roots look like? I know you've dealt with a lot of persimmon roots.
Persimmon is Ebony family! Roots of very healthy plants are absolutely black. It's wild
