Better to choose the scavenger settlement, I think. Quick, simple, helps a lot to maximize the Scavenger role.

Useless after one’s Scavenger role reaches max level. Also, the zombies with scavengers’ settlement are super annoying

​@@EvelynWasONCEHUMANnooooo if beginners find this comment they'll expect that scav settlement is a USELESS quest, no. It helps to maximize the role level and gain novice, intermediate, advance lockpick. If its maxed out. Then redwood setllement is the best way to end settlement mission.

After max scavenger, redwood outpost is the best and can keep the mission tracked and wait till u do resource vans to refine them

@@PaBlo-do7ew In my case, I've maxed my scav AFTER I've maxed Redwood Outpost's relationships out. So in my case, the fourth one is the better, more logical choice.
